Blockair offers players the option to purchase insurance together with the ticket purchase.

A user simply checks the insurance option when buying their ticket NFT.

The insurance covers the player in case a flight gets canceled due to not enough passengers joining a particular flight.

A flight cancellation will occur, if not all 8 passenger seats have sold during the booking period.

By selecting the insurance option during ticket purchase, players are charged an additional 10% of the selected ticket price.

MILES token is the native token of Blockair.

The insurance is a smart choice, since it allows players to participate confidently, knowing that their first flight is fully refundable and flights 2 to 4 are compensated in the native token. Without insurance, a canceled flight would mean the end of the current game for that player without compensation.
