Cancellations

Each plane has a booking period based on the selected class:

  • Tourist Class: 10 days
  • Business Class: 30 days
  • First Class: 180 days

If the 8 available tickets have not been sold during this booking period, the flight gets canceled, in order to liberate the remaining players on this plane.

Passengers with flight insurance will receive a full refund of their plane ticket in USDT.

Flight crew members with insurance will receive compensation in MILES and will be laid off at their current destination.
